We all go through stuff professionally and personally; and there are some organisations that just ‘get it’. That magical ‘it’ is how to show up for employees in a way that matters.
I’ve seen countless stories of organisations that get it right and the lasting impact it has on individuals. I’ve also seen people wrestle with sharing these stories on professional platforms(and I get it). I struggled with how much I shared of my own story too, but I don’t think any of us should feel like we have to apologise for sharing our journeys – regardless of the platform.
